These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ink704 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager.
These cards summarise the most important rules. They do not replace the full Terms & Conditions below — all members are required to read the complete document.
The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this document:

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ink704. By registering an Account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the ink704 platform and must not create or continue to operate an Account.
2.3 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated or summarised versions and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any paid feature of the ink704 platform. This requirement applies without exception. ink704 strictly enforces the 21+ age threshold and will request documentary evidence of age as part of the KYC process.
3.2 Residency. The ink704 platform is operated for and directed at players in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia accessing the platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which your use of the platform is lawful.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not acting under any legal incapacity, and that no court order or legal restriction prevents you from entering into this agreement.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. You confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or compulsory, that would prohibit your use of online gambling services.
4.1 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one active Account on ink704. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ink704 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Betting or gaming activities may only be carried out by the registered Account holder.
4.5 Minors. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing your Account, including logging out after each session and not storing credentials in shared devices.
5.1 ink704 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), or bank account ownership documentation.
5.2 Until KYC verification is completed to ink704's satisfaction, the platform may restrict certain Account functions, including but not limited to withdrawals and access to promotional offers.
5.3 You agree to provide requested KYC documentation within 7 calendar days of the request. Failure to do so may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.
5.4 ink704 complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. All information provided during the KYC process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ink704 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Available methods are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
6.2 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits in any foreign currency are not accepted. ink704 is not responsible for any fees, conversion charges, or delays applied by your payment provider.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
6.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from legitimate sources. The use of third-party payment accounts, credit cards held in another person's name, or funds of uncertain origin is prohibited.
6.5 Processing Time. Deposits made via automated bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically credited to your ink704 Balance within seconds. In exceptional cases involving system maintenance or payment-provider delays, processing may take longer. ink704 will not be liable for losses arising from deposit delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6.6 ink704 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
7.1 Eligible Balance. You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to: (a) completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; (b) completion of KYC verification; (c) the absence of any outstanding investigation or Account restriction.
7.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. ink704 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
7.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests from verified Members are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
7.5 Withdrawal Fees. ink704 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges; ink704 is not responsible for such third-party fees.
7.6 ink704 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into potential fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. You will be notified of any such hold.
8.1 ink704 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. Each offer is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer only.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of the bonus-derived funds is permitted.
8.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%). The applicable contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement will expire on the date specified in the promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance without replacement.
8.5 Abuse Prevention. ink704 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple Accounts, or through a pattern of low-risk betting designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements. Decisions made under this clause are final.
8.6 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
9.1 General. Bets and wagers placed on ink704 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all Members.
9.2 Sportsbook. Sports bets, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and all other covered competitions), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets are governed by the Sportsbook Rules accessible via the Sportsbook section. ink704 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, abandoned, or where a pricing error has occurred.
9.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by certified live casino studios. All results are final once the round is closed. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not entitle a Member to a refund unless the game round remains unresolved and the studio confirms the round was void.
9.4 Slots. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. ink704 does not guarantee specific payout outcomes on any individual session.
9.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game and market has applicable minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface or bet slip. ink704 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at its discretion.
9.6 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, pricing error, or display error that results in an incorrect payout being awarded, ink704 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and adjust the Account Balance accordingly. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ink704 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances:
11.1 All content on the ink704 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of ink704 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content; creating derivative works; or using platform content for commercial purposes.
11.3 The ink704 name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary marks. You may not use these marks in any context without prior written consent from ink704.
12.1 ink704 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
12.2 ink704 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required to operate the platform or comply with applicable obligations.
12.3 All data transmitted between your device and ink704 is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. ink704 implements industry-standard security measures to protect stored personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
13.1 ink704 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All gambling on the platform involves financial risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose and treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income.

13.4 ink704 will not contact Members who have self-excluded with any marketing communications during the exclusion period.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ink704's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 ink704 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
14.3 ink704 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond ink704's reasonable control may affect platform availability. ink704 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will not be liable for losses arising from periods of unavailability.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
15.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ink704 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any false or misleading information provided by you to ink704.
16.1 By ink704. ink704 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity; (c) maintaining your Account poses a risk to other Members or the integrity of the platform; or (d) you are under 21 years of age.
16.2 By the Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ink704 support via Live Chat. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
16.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
17.1 ink704 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ink704 will notify Members by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.2 If you do not accept a material amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 16.2 above.
18.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink704's operator is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18.2 ink704 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. The platform is directed at adult players in Indonesia. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are accessing the platform on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
18.3 ink704 is operated as a Trusted and Secure Platform with SSL encryption and Provably Fair gaming standards. Any reference to "licensed and regulated" on this platform refers to the operator's international licensing arrangements and does not constitute a representation of approval by any Indonesian government body.
